I bought new work pants recently. They were deeply discounted on boxing day. The zipper broke in under a week. But with a receipt they gave me replacement pants with no problems.  Great service!

Needed to exchange work boots did not fit and feel good no problem helped me with proper fitting pair and credited me towards new pair... Excellent customer service ....

Went on black Friday to look at safety boots. I wanted some lower priced Linx II Aggressors. Staff couldn't find any in stock. One employee told me they had 1 pair from what he saw. All other local stores sold out too. Typical bait and switch in my opinion.

Maddie one of the staff was exceptionally professional. She went in the back to locate sizes and colours we were not able to locate on the floor. This is a great location
