Poor customer service. And be careful of the deals you get especially if buying for others - they DO NOT indicate final sale on certain items at time of purchase so if it doesn’t fit the person you are gifting they will NOT exchange sizes.

Terrible customer service , I went in on the buy one get one boot sale around Christmas I spent a half hour in the store looking for the prefect boot's thought I had found them went to the counter to pay the cashier (little blond girl) rings them up and says that will be $80 so I ask her about the buy one get one free she huffs looks over at the other young lady and says now I'm going to have to delete this dident even try to tell me about the two different deals , the other young lady did take me back to the boot wall and show me the ones that were on sale but after already spending a half hour in the store I was done I no longer wanted the boots so I told her I did not want them and was leaving she says have a good day and walked away like I just wasted her time ,I will not be going back to this store I would rather order online

If I could give 0 stars I would... the clothes are nice. The customer service however is absolutely terrible! You are not acknowledged when you walk in and if you want a fitting room you literally have to hunt down an employee and interrupt them, which they always look annoyed once you ask for help. I work in retail, and know that this is not ok! They have lost mine and my friends business.
