Tim Hortons

Sitting in Tim Hortons in Port Hope at the Ontario Street exit and all we see is a worker continuously driving through the drive thru to lower the wait times for that store. I hate cheaters!

Staff could be a little more friendly!!! Don't generally have issues at this location but maybe a little reminder that it's not the customers fault you don't like your job.nMarch 9 @ 0725

Coffee was perfect and the location was nice! I enjoy visiting this spot.

I went to this tim hortons they were mean and I got a egg and cheese on a biscuit and it looks black and gross the egg tasted like a bouncy ball

Disappointing experience at this place! I went through the drive-thru 11: 50 PM November 16 and received the wrong size order. When I brought it to their attention, the staff was rude and unapologetic. They even charged me an extra 10 cents for a small cup! The white short girl at the counter had a poor attitude, closed the window quickly, and made inappropriate gestures. When I expressed my concern inside, no one empathized or accepted responsibility. I left feeling frustrated, wasted time, and spoiled my mood. This place needs training in customer behavior management and proper customer service skills. 1/5 stars
