Tim Hortons

very bad Tims location ever seen. The sofa seating dirty .old and ripped off. How can you operate a coffee shop with such deplorable . Disgusting and shameful for a reputable brand as Tims.nPoor customer service and poor staff knowledge of products.

The absolute most filthy Tim’s I’ve ever been in. I don’t usually pay much attention to cleanliness in Tim’s but this place is starkly in contrast to the brand. Every surface is covered in years of grime. Every bit of upholstery is completely worn through. Sidewalks, floors, door handles, sinks…it’s all aged prematurely from long term poor cleaning. Yuck!

Probably one of the dirtiest Tim's I've been in. We stopped in for a coffee and bathroom break on our way to Toronto and we definitely were regretting it. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, literal crap on the walls.. everything in the store was grimey and garbage on the floor. Even the seats in the booths were missing half of the plastic/leather covering! I could go on and on.. we were worried about ordering food and the cleanliness of the kitchen so we didn't, I didn't even end up drinking the drink I got. Staff was friendly though lol

Literally the worst bathrooms in terms of cleanliness and conveniences. The ripped seating and filthy tables offers the cherry on top. The food and service was what I would expect from a Tim Hortons. Next time I will just drive to the next stop on the highway.
