Subway

This restaurant is very unprofessional. They accepted my Uber order even though they did not have the Ghost Habanero bread available. When I called to ask about it, they falsely claimed that the Ghost Habanero bread had been discontinued. However, I had ordered the exact same sandwich on Ghost Habanero bread from the Whitby branch just 30 minutes earlier without any issues.nnAccepting an order for an item you don’t have and then providing inaccurate information is unacceptable. Shame on this Subway branch for wasting customers’ time and giving misleading information.

Open 24/7 which is great especially when you are driving long distance. Right off the highway, there area is brightly lit, plenty of parking available. There is some seating available along the wall, the bathroom was clean too.nnPlaced an online order,upon arrival, my sandwiches were almost ready. I got the sweet onion chicken teriyaki and steak and cheese. The teriyaki was probably the best sub I’ve had in awhile, it was filled well with ingredients, perfectly toasted and the cherry on top was the crispy onion which adds a crunch to the sandwich. This was tasty!nnThe steak and cheese on the other hand, though made well, it’s average. I highly recommend downloading the app, it makes ordering easy.

I had a great experience at Subway. The staff were friendly and quick, and my sandwich was fresh and made exactly how I wanted. The veggies were crisp, the bread was soft, and everything tasted delicious. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely visit again!

Nice clean place. We ordered foot long Veggie patty for us and veggie delight for my daughter. Nitin and one punjabi girl don't remember namewere working at that time. Customer service was good. Nitin is very enthusiastic and friendly.
