I got a rice bowl for lunch at Tim’s, and it was a good choice. The flavors were decent, the portion size was fair, and the price was reasonable. The food was fresh, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to take my order. They made sure everything was right and served the food promptly. The great customer service made the experience even better.
I Ordered for egg and cheese today but staff gave me one with the sausage. I can understand orders can get messed up but eating sausage is against my religion i am glad that i did not eat that sandwich. Staff must be careful before preparing order.
This location is the BEST Tim Hortans in Red Deer!! The staff are always friendly, my orders have always been made well and correct. I appreciate that they stir the drinks like my usual caramel ice coffee that I order before serving them, unlike most other Tim’s, handing it to you with all the syrup sitting at the bottom… and the best part is they serve blueberry bagels and carrot cake muffins, two of my favourite items on the menu which aren’t served at any other Tim’s in Red Deer that I’ve been to. Although the location is usually pretty busy, they still serve customers in a timely manner and don’t allow the busyness to affect the quality of their food : Thank you

The dining area was spotless, tables were wiped down promptly after customers left, and the floors were free of debris. Even the restroom was impressively clean, which is something I rarely see in fast-food restaurants. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a hygienic environment.nnThe service was fast and friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely be returning!
