Tim Hortons

How do you rate a Tim Horton's??? I definitely didn't hear angels sing when I entered the front doors. And they serve the same coffee, with amazing consistency across Canada that has made them famous for. (In my opinion, SLOUGH JUICE) but... If you like that. .. you'd like Sylvan Lake's Tim Horton's

Food was fine, but the entire time I stood waiting on it, the manager was pacing back and forth yelling at the employees, belittling and condescending... I cannot IMAGINE working in a place with morale like that, or how it affects the customer service when all employees feel as miserable as she was attempting to make them. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

The staff are very friendly even though they are always understaffed. The new renovations look good and there is now additional seating. The washroom could use more regular cleaning, as could the windows and wondow sills.

I waited 22 minutes for a single coffee despite the fact that a cash register and several employees were idle. During this time i learned that one of the employees had only a few minutes left in their shift, another couldn't wait to get " hammered " and another hated making sandwiches. Definately McDonalds next time through. Im forced to give an undeserved star rating to exit - my true rating would be 0 star!

Painfully slow. Drive thru was backed up so far was difficult to get out of parking lot. Food and drinks were good. Staff was friendly. Why was there only one person making sandwiches for so many orders???
