Tim Hortons

I’m at this Tim Horton’s 3 or 4 times a week (drive through or dinning in), and 40-50% of the time my order turns out wrong. Staff have always been friendly for the most part. It’s great to see this location offering the buy 5 coffees get 6th free promotion.

Horrible service, they can't get my orders right.. I've bought ice Capps 365 days a year and slowed down on buying from them because both timmies in town push their products out the window quicker than you can order it and never get it right or when they do they aren't fresh over 3/4 of the time. And I find lately that any of their breakfast sandwhiches are very synthetic tasting.. it's so bland and there's no flavor. And I'm very cheesed off why they charge so much for an icecap now, and when they hold the roll up the rim they don't give any chances to win, even though they are over double the price of regular coffees. There's one woman that I think doesn't work there anymore that I enjoyed talking to every morning she knew me by name... But now the employees all seem like they aren't enjoying their job at all and it shows. Shame on you Tim hortons.

Quite likely one of the worst Tim Hortons in Canada, ordered a pumpkin spice Latte, what ensued after that was an $3.57 Joke. Someone takes the order crumples up my receipt and walks away to the back, wait 5 minutes and they ask why I am standing there....really. the guy preparing said I don't know how to make it, he attempted and what ensued was a half cup of colored milk. If a rating could be less than a star they would make the grade. No care, oblivious and who really cares about the customer.
