You generally expect small-town Timmies to be warm and welcoming; this location is anything but that. Whoever was taking our order was extremely rude to my wife for no reason apart from the fact that my wife dared to enquire about the type of quenchers they have since they had run out of the kind she regularly gets. You can remotely justify this behaviour if we were holding up the queue with 20 people behind us, which was not the case here; we were the only ones in the line to order.

I recently ordered the Habanero Chicken Bowl from Tim Hortons, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The bowl I received was almost entirely rice with no visible chicken. When I returned to the store to address the issue, I was met with an argumentative response from a staff member who insisted that there was plenty of chicken in the bowl, despite clear evidence to the contrary.nInstead of correcting the order, the staff chose to argue, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. This experience has left me quite dissatisfied with the service and quality at this location. I hope Tim Hortons takes steps to improve both their food quality and customer service.

Horrible customer service, very snobby and sassy teenage workers. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 hot chocolates as they were only tending to drive thru. Tried asking them if they forgot about our drinks but they just ignored us. The customer service was just so horrible walked into no friendly faces whatsoever!!

Coffee is usually good, so are the donuts. Drive thru is one if the slowest, don't use it if your in a hurry.

Pre ordered my take out 5 minutes before I got there, was in drive thru line for about 10minutes hardly moved, as soon as I got free of it I parked on the lot and went inside. The staff in the kitchen were hardly moving/taking their sweet time with orders. The young tall kid at the counter taking orders was the only helpful one, he Remade my order so it was fresh atleast and apologized for the wait.
