I try to support local. I keep going to this Timmy's even tho I waited at least 15 minutes in the drive-through. I ordered my bagel with creme cheese, which I usually get on the side, but this time I didn't. I get home and open it up to almost no creme cheese. What the heck people. There must be a protocol for making food and how much of whatever to put on it. I'm sure you didn't give it to me for free. Omgosh can you please do better!!

I ordered a drink with no ice, but instead of filling the cup properly, they gave me noticeably less. If I’m paying for a full drink, I expect to get one — not three-quarters of a cup. It honestly makes me wonder: did the server take a sip on the way over, or is this just another side effect of inflation? Either way, customers shouldn’t be shorted on what they pay for.

This is how it should look like, but when I ordered twice same coffee from Lacombe Timmie’s it was fully mixed with cream. Service at Lacombe Timmie’s is only focused on the drive through, if you like to go inside expect to wait 20 minutes for a basic order. Tables are always dirty. Poor management.

Had to wait 30 minutes or more cuz my first order got lost, but a total chiller clutched up and gave me 4 fritters as repayment for it. to that guy, despite your coworker shaming you for it, you the goat. it completely flipped my mood. give that homie a star for good customer service handling

Waited 25 minutes for a bacon farmer's wrap with no sauce. They waited until after I paid to tell me they were out of bacon. They had over 15 mins after the guy ahead of me and I had placed our orders but didn’t start cooking more. Switched it to sausage to speed things up and ended up with a wrap swimming in sauce.nLong wait for a completely wrong order. Service has really gone downhill here
