Tim Hortons

The weekday closing supervisor isn’t the best in my opinion, I noticed she wasn’t working as a team with the other workers on the floor, I waited way too long for my order. I think it’s ridiculous having to wait more than 5 mins for a medium tea with honey, and on top of that getting it wrong. Also her gossiping about the other workers to the costumers is so unprofessional. Asked how her day was and this was her response “would be better if they knew how to actually work” is literally so disgusting and unnecessary, if she doesn’t like the way they are working maybe be a better supervisor and show them how to do it instead of complaining to the costumers. I literally stopped going whenever she’s working, the vibe is off ever since she started working there. I only go in when the weekend closing staff are working. The weekend closing staff are the best, very friendly and make it a good place just to hang out and chat. Shay I think her name is, she’s the best I love her.nShe makes me feel like im not a burden when I order. She makes the store feel like a chill place to be. She’s very friendly and gives the store a welcoming atmosphere. Shay and Riley are the only reason I’m giving it three stars instead of one:

We were served by a young man named Jonathan, who was an amazing worker. He was super friendly and got our order perfect. I would drive here all the way from Rimbey just to be served by him again. Only thing was that it was super busy, but I'm sure it's just because everyone loves their workers.

I am a long long way from home 3,286 km’s, here often for short periods of time! Yet every time I go to this location they remember my order.nThe staff are always friendly and my order is always correct.nThank you staff for making my short stays in Lacombe feel like home !!

In morning i was on drive thru and i explaine the order 4 to 5 times and that was just a simple coffee but i receive totally different order. On the other side i explain order again on wind that extra milk no ice but at the end i received again wrong ordernAt the last the Indian lady was on window she don’t even understand after explaining the order the worst thing is that she was too too too rudenShe made the worst day today i was so happy before going herennMorning coffee is the start up of the day and i get totally wrong 2 times

I had a craving for a coffee and donut today, so I went to Tim Hortons in Lacombe. It was around 2 PM so I thought it wouldn't be too busy at this time of the day. It was not busy at all, maybe 10 people in the entire restaurant. I stood in line for a solid 15 minutes and was totally ignored by the staff. I was greeted a couple of times by staff walking around behind the counter stating they would be with me in a minute, but nobody was willing to take my coffee and donut order. Finally after 15 minutes of being ignored, I stated to the two women behind the counter that I had been waiting too long and that I would be leaving now, never to return again!!! The service or lack thereof at this location has been ongoing for the last five years, but it is getting worse!!! They shrugged it off as if it were common place to not serve people and have them leave. They could not care less if they turned away business by the bus load. They could not care less if customers walked away in frustration do to their absolute lack of service. This business should go bankrupt so someone who actually cares about customer service could take it over and improve things. What a disappointment after patronizing Tim Hortons for decades, and being totally ignored standing at the counter for 15 minutes and no one willing to take an order from a paying customer. Disgusting lack of service!! So i went to another restaurant close by and got immediate great service. People, there are far better places in Lacombe to get a coffee and a meal than Tim Hortons.
