Hands-down the worst Tim Horton's I've been to, ever. The bathrooms are DISGUSTING, literal feces on the walls on multiple occasions. I have seen managers verbally abuse staff and bring them to tears while I'm sitting in the restaurant. The food is horrid, often I feel some of the ingredients are rotten. I have never had a good meal here, I've tried more than once. The coffee is mediocre, the service is extremely slow and often times orders are forgotten. They have two sides to their kitchen, but only use one and cause huge wait times. Staff are confused and don't communicate well. The drive-through is slow and the parking lot/drive through is an absolute disaster at the best of times. Every single person I've talked to feels the same way.
They mix orders up, they take too long to take your order, and they always have to check what they have in stock before you can make your order.nnThere have been several times when I didn't even get what I ordered, and didn't realize it until I drove away from the drive thru. One morning, I asked for a Bagel BELT, and they just gave me a plain Bagel without anything on it. Didn't realize until I looked in the bag when I got home.
They have gone way downhill with the new owners, and at 5pm on a Friday the second lane is closed. And they make you stay at the speaker longer to cut their times down because their times are very high
This Tim's is the worst. Get 2 coffees. And absolutely no one else even in the drive through... please pull to the back door and wait.... how about do your job like you have a little bit of a pulse.nnThe owner should he ashamed. Trying to save money getting cheap employees
Horrible experience. Tim hortons ponoka has gone so downhill. Since they swapped owners last year, they are the worst I've ever been too. Horrible service. Very slow. Can't understand most of the time. Can't get orders proper. Potholes all over. Drive through continuously tells you to wait when no body is there to cheat there times!! During warm seasons. There's flys all over there doughnuts and muffins. Been all over, and by far worst Tim's ever! Sad to see a great place go down hill since foreigners are running it. Sorry to say, but it's so horrible now. 2024
