Bathrooms were cleaned but not cleaned proper. Ladies washroom were dirty hair in sink and baby change table was full of mud and she had men's and ladies washroom were blocked off and my daughter and I with my grand daughter was the first in. This is not clean. Also the water just dropped. Need to train people better. Also I asked her if we could change my grand daughter diaper and she said she was going to be done right away. She was just finish washing the hall way. She could have let us in, instead of making us wait and baby crying at the counter. Not happy with this place today.

I ordered an ice cap when I was there, but I didn't hear it get called after it was done, so the ice cap ended up melting. Instead of leaving me with nothing, the manager offered me another ice cap, free of charge, even though it was my fault. This is what good customer service looks like. I also got a coupon for a free hot beverage for my time. Completely made my day.

My favorite Timmie's. They have the most adorable staff that's always friendly. Best service. Love this place 💞

I only have 1 complaint with Tim Hortons. And that is that it's so annoying during peak times that they only have 1 person taking the order and filling it. Some days I only have 15 mins to grab a coffee so I end up leaving and going across to McDonald's. But the food is fresh and delicious and lots of new menu items and the staff is fantastic and go above and beyond to make my order right and wish me a good morning.
