Mould found in my donut! Donuts have a 12 hour shelf life once baked. This one clearly has been sitting out longer. Not impressed.
-1000 stars. At the entryway they have it blocked off and this is a barrier for the disabled and seniors. It is also a blockage if a fire happens. We were there one night at 8PM and they came up to us to tell us they closing the washroom for the night. They close at 10pm. We just bought food and drinks. We are disabled and elderly customers. One of needed to use the washroom and could not. Absolutely disgusting! Are we supposed to know when we need to go before hand? you close at 10 pm and close washroom at 8pm? Close it a 5pm! I have been stopping here on my way through for a long time and will no longer come here. I will also tell everyone to not come here. I went over to the subway across the street after and their washrooms were open. One of us in our group is 72 and almost urinated himself because you closed the washroom down. We made it to Subway just in time. We will be calling head office. Staff doing their closing duties while you are open? Give us a break!
Usually don't leave a review but since the drive thru was horrible. If you are going to be distracted don't do drive thru. Customers come first to take an order then say hold on so i can chat with my friends then say sorry what. Have your conversation later maybe on break to me this is not a honey dip donut
Well if you like your biscuits raw be sure to go here. This was supposed to be steak and egg meal. Absolutely disgusting, get off work and wanting a quick bite to eat on way home....dont expect anything good from this location!! Ofcourse cant get ahold of them to express concern of their raw, soggy mushy biscuits. Come on Tim Hortons, can you not do any better than this??!!
Didn't get my drink order right very limited in options when we went there as in they didn't serve bunch of regular food as other timmies they cut off breakfast earlier than normal
