Tim Hortons

The staff here are excellent. There are huge lineups multiple times a day and they handle it well every time. I came to rely on their quick service for much my degree. The product itself is average Tim's coffee and bakery fare. It's not gourmet, but it's cheap and easily available.

Way too busy, often taking 30 minutes to get a coffee. Small selection of baked goods. The only redeeming factors are the location and the sandwich selection.

Glacially slow service. Line ups are forever and they are woefully understaffed. One would think a savvy business manager would anticipate something like this. People have class to get to and places to be. I waited 40 minutes on my last (and final) visit here

It's Tim's so people will always go, especially in the middle of a university. But for a Tim Hortons it's definitely one of the worst. Half the time my order is wrong, and even when it's right it's usually poorly made. Bagels and sandwiches poorly made, drinks taste like water. Complaining online didn't seem to change anything. Sometimes it's good. Very busy at half past evert hour because of students coming from class.
