This Tim Hortons is always fantastic. All the staff and the manager are very friendly and accommodating. I usually order through the app and the few times they weren’t able to complete an order due to running out of stock they’ve offered me a replacement item of similar or better value. A big thank you to all the staff here! You’re amazing.

I just got this minute ago THE SMALLEST PORTION IN ALL TIME LOCATIONS, i have this order very often but this location always makes it very smaller than any other locations and also very messy , this is my favourite meal at Tim please FIX THIS !nTnk u !

I was just in to grab a coffee and a bunny mug. I was very happy to interact with Tanya. She is an amazing team member. She always has a smile on her face and a compliment for the customer. There was another wonderful lady working with her, regretfully I did not get her name. She retrieved the bunny mug for me. My coffee was hot, made properly, tastes great and I had wonderful customer service.nThank you

Ordered cilantro lime veggie bowl from here and it was terrible. Rice was not at all drywas heated from the microwave with water still not absorbedand the staff who prepared it refused to add sufficient veggies or crispy onions

very disappointing experience.nsometimes it feels like certain employees forget that we are paying customers who deserve to receive our orders correctly — and treated with at least basic courtesy.nyesterday at around 4 PM, I visited this Tim Hortons. The store was almost empty, with just one other customer in line. still, the cashier seemed to be in a huge rush. she didn’t listen carefully to my order and made it incorrectly.nI ordered a vanilla latte with almond milk, but she handed me a plain almond milk latte. when I asked if it was the vanilla one, she lied to me it was — but I checked right in front of her, and it clearly wasn’t. when I asked for it to be fixed, she looked extremely annoyed, took my drink back, and dumped what felt like half a bottle of vanilla syrup into a small cup.nI was shocked by the attitude and the lack of professionalism. this is unacceptable. making coffee should not come at the expense of basic customer service.nnI won’t be returning to this location. please train your staff better.
