They keep the “healthfood” products in a separate section of the store near the deli. Glad I asked where the shelf-stable plant-milks were, or I would have missed the whole section. There's a good range of products, including chilled and frozen. In the fresh produce department, organic items are generally placed at one end of the row - so, not in a separate section of the produce dept.

Went to purchase hot food at this location. Personally watched cross contamination happen....yes I have video evidence.....reported it to multiple staff inside the store as to make sure nobody gets sick....I was ignored repeatedly. Shame...the place looks clean and the staff seem very friendly....he even offered me pizza instead, when I told him he was contaminating food.....when I refused, he sold an old man the same contaminated food I just reported. What is happening to this city. And yes I even reported it to the cashier that he was about to pay at...she said oh...then still sold him the food.....

I want to redeem $10 of my PC Optimum, so I didn’t take cash or a bank card with me when I entered the store. First attempt, $10.20 exceed .20 cents, second attempt, 9.94, the amount didn't reach $10. The cashier told me it must be the exact amount. I left.

Bought a block of parmesan cheese, and found that the cheese had two layers of packaging, someone had repackaged it with a later expiration date on top. Also the store is extremely frustrating to access as a pedestrian - the front door is locked after 7pm, and you cannot leave from the front door so you have to go all the way around the parking lot to get back onto quinpool. Treats customers like criminals and when they have shady food/labelling practices themselves…
