Tim Hortons

One of the worst Tim Horton’s in the area. I only go here out of convenience because it’s so close. I can’t count how many times I’ve had to go back because they forget items at the drive thru window. One lady dropped a hot coffee in my car and instead of apologizing she rolled her eyes and went back inside. Didn’t even offer napkins to clean up the mess. The environment they work in is extremely chaotic and disjointed, a product of poor management. Which reminds me, I haven’t had the manager serve me in quite a few months. He was the worst to deal with. Always rushing you through your order and making a ton of mistakes. If that’s the kind of leadership he instills in his team, then it’s no wonder they’re in the shape their in.

Staff are extremely nice and always work hard. Myself and a few friends of mine always come here for coffee during the night and I come here for breakfast in the mornings sometimes. Managers are always kind and talk to their staff with respect. Always clean and ready for your visit! Very convenient location as well. Thanks for the amazing service!

Usually not too bad but has some mishaps. My order was made correctly but took roughly 5 minutes for a sandwich that look like it had been made in 10 seconds. Served with no bag or napkins. EDIT: Visited again today. This Tims seems to constantly get worse. If you are coming inside during the evening, all the staff focus on drive thru and it takes forever just to order. Once you do order, it takes forever to get. Especially if it's a sandwich or anything needing preparation. They seem understaffed.

I've started going to the Tim Hortons down the Trail by save on every morning instead. When I go here in the mornings the older lady who works the window is pushy and rushes me. She seems exasperated and annoyed everytime I pay with debit and consistantly makes comments about how I don't have tap on my card. Then well I'm trying to pay as quickly as possible (because I feel bad for taking so long) she starts shoving my order in my face without a word. She is not nice to deal with. I only go to this Tim Hortons in the evening when she is not there. When she isn't there the service is wonderful and everyone is very friendly.

No Dark Roast for last days regular coffee actually tasted terrible today staff added shot of expresso and I appreciated it but I believe the manager has to accept responsility here and not blame a trucker get with it
