Would be nice if someone would get back to me about this concern. Maybe management doesnt care about concerns or problems with the service they offer and provide to their customers.I see the reviews for this place prove this....Went through drive thru, Ordered our meals no milk with kids meal and McChicken didn't have anything on it except a tired looking chicken patty I guess a person has to check every thing over well before you leave the drive thru to make sure you get what you ordered

Recently stopped into McDonald’s on south end of St. Albert Trail. The staff appeared to be friendly and it was not too busy! However the fries were almost cold. When I went back to the counter the same guy I was complementing on how friendly he was when we placed our order suddenly could not understand that I wanted my fries replaced. I did get new fries but the server made it uncomfortable. It is a busy location as it has a kids play area. It is a good place for families. I won’t eat in again.nNever took any pics as it was just normal McD’s food.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the consistent poor service at your location on 369 St. Albert Trail, St. Albert, Alberta. I frequently visit this McDonald’s—not because it is my preference, but because it is the closest location. Unfortunately, nearly every visit has been frustrating and disappointing.nyour staff consistently fails to deliver the product I pay for. It feels as though my money is not respected, and this is unacceptable.

If I could I would give 0 stars. I’ll start out by saying I went through drive thru to order food an I believed there was a miscommunication. I went back to fix the mistake that had happened the guy who I believed was a manager didn’t get name unfortunately helped me immediately but the minute he figured out why I was there he began giving attitude an being rude. I told him what had happened, what the problem was a what I wanted 4 times before he re-rang my order in. I asked him if he understood what I wanted an I think he got a little offended but I just wanted to make sure it came out right this time. Once I received my new order I checked it before leaving see if the problem was fix an it was not. I told the staff there were a couple of people there and the guy that helped me in the beginning that the problem was still not resolved an the guy that helped me up front interrupted me an i quote said “I’ll just give it to you okay?!” So I said okay an went home to enjoy my meal. I get home, open the bag, start taking everything out an there was a new problem. I ordered 2 hamburgers plain, I got 1 plain an the other was just the meat -_- like what? VERY unimpressed with everything about this location honestly. time to get new staff I think guys.nPs: I’m a manager else where a this guy did NOT handle the situation well at all!nLittle update: reading through the reviews I’ve noticed I’m not the only one that has a problem with this location and not only that, it doesn’t look like anyone response or reaches out like other companies do. I will be telling ALL my family and friends to NEVER go to this location! And to maybe boycott McDonald’s all together, stick to other fast food chains.

Hit up drive through could barely hear what individual was saying made sure to clarify my order and that it matched screen. Get to window and zero directions of stay pull forward ect. Get order while grateful the ketchup was in the bag both meals were messed up. Tried calling but no answer or message system. Was charged for what I ordered njt recieved less. With the way economy is just adds to fristration whe things are not what one orders.
