McDonald's

Would be nice if someone would get back to me about this concern. Maybe management doesnt care about concerns or problems with the service they offer and provide to their customers.I see the reviews for this place prove this....Went through drive thru, Ordered our meals no milk with kids meal and McChicken didn't have anything on it except a tired looking chicken patty I guess a person has to check every thing over well before you leave the drive thru to make sure you get what you ordered

The last 2 days I have gone and parked in the mobile pickup at this location and just ordered 2 Large iced coffees. Yesterday they couldn't provide it which I said OK to so they offered a hashbrown to cover my $6 I spent. Today I thought why not try it again, give them another try but after waiting 20 min in the mobile pick up for another 2 large Iced Coffees I left. Throwing away $12 might not seem like much but it is disappointing to me. Doubt I go back to this location as it wasn't a good experience.

Recently stopped into McDonald’s on south end of St. Albert Trail. The staff appeared to be friendly and it was not too busy! However the fries were almost cold. When I went back to the counter the same guy I was complementing on how friendly he was when we placed our order suddenly could not understand that I wanted my fries replaced. I did get new fries but the server made it uncomfortable. It is a busy location as it has a kids play area. It is a good place for families. I won’t eat in again.nNever took any pics as it was just normal McD’s food.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the consistent poor service at your location on 369 St. Albert Trail, St. Albert, Alberta. I frequently visit this McDonald’s—not because it is my preference, but because it is the closest location. Unfortunately, nearly every visit has been frustrating and disappointing.nyour staff consistently fails to deliver the product I pay for. It feels as though my money is not respected, and this is unacceptable.

I have been coming here for the past 20 months. I pick up a coffee and muffin and go visit my mom in a nearby home at various times during the day. Today was sad. Sunday morning. I arrived at 8:30. It took me 12 minutes to get my order. Debit system wasn't working I pay cash. Orders were wrong at pick-up window. Tried to give me wrong order 3 times. Long que developed in drive-through. Very chaotic. I noticed your best representative in my opinion, Jamal was outside sweeping up garbage in parking lot. I noticed at least 4 representatives in store. Not many walk-ins on an early Sunday morning. Not acceptable service level in my opinion. Update-February 16/2025 I have been asking for 12 days in a row to chisel down the bumps in the drive thru. They are multiplying and get bigger. Very frustrating. Poor management.
