Shout out to Lauren! What a complete sweetheart! You know when you know someone is a good kind human, shes one of them, bless her heart! We need more people like her in customer service!!!nnHands down one of the best McDonalds Ive been to. The quality of food is great, the customer service is superb! Truly very impressed! Highly recommend this wonderful establishment :

Whoever was in charge of this location today really fell down on the job.nnWhen we arrived there was already a couple waiting to place an order at the till with no one manning any of the registers to help them. We waited in line behind them for 5-10 minutes before someone finally came over to help the couple and then us couldn't use the kiosk to order because of a buy 1 get 1 free coupon for the new Refreshers that didn't have a barcode or digital code to enter.nnWhen our number came up on the board as being prepared we went to wait near the counter. My husband noticed that most of the pieces of our order were waiting together under the warmers - all that was missing was the fries and our Refreshers. We waited 8 minutes while all our food sat under the warmers and 4 separate Skip delivery orders, a slew of drive through orders, and two orders for customers that arrived after us were all created and bagged and handed out. When they finally started putting ours on the trays after we moved up to wait *at* the counter - 8 minutes in then the person getting it around grabbed fresh fries and set everything *under* the counter in front of us and called for someone near the drive through to make our drinks. 3 minutes later we still had not been given our trays and they were no longer under or near the warmers so my husband verbally complained that our food was getting cold and asked if we could please have our trays. Someone did finally come over and give us our food at that point, drinks were still not ready somehow. It took another 2-3 minutes for our Refreshers to get created and then they *also* set those down on the lower counter, out of reach, rather than handing them to me - despite the fact that I was still waiting right there at the counter. Another minute later the two drinks were handed to me.nnPlease retrain this staff, including management. This sort of service is completely unacceptable. My food shouldn't be *cold* when I sit down to eat it if I'm *dining in*. Truly absurd.

I ordered mcveggie, lettuce is like one or two piece only if any one checking these reviews kindly compare your advertised pic with what you guys giving to the customers.

Waiting 1 hour in the drive-thru was already frustrating, then finding out some items weren’t even available made the experience even worse.

Taking way to long, didn't ask for rewards code at all, didn't even ask the questions your supposed to ask when ordering. I asked for a vanilla chai and they put whipped cream on it no chocolate drizzle I didn't ask for that and I still got charged for it. I was late getting back to work because they took over 20 minutes to give me my food.
