McDonald's

I went in with my kids to order. I was second in line and last person served. They had my food sitting on counter for 5 min or so and didn't call out my order number. I didn't go grab it because I was waiting for my breakfast wrap and when I went up to ask them the girl was "oh their is no breakfast wrap ordered". I told her there should have been but even if not they should have called my number out so my food didn't sit there getting cold. I walked away the girl and a fellow staff member sat there talking about me, which I could hear because I was about 5ft. Away. So I went up and demanded to speak to the manager because of her unprofessional behaviour.

We went to this walmart mcdonald at st albert. We are ordering to stay to eat after we are done with our shopping. The staff said, he said he can only put it in a bag cause they already cleaned the tray. I was surprised and said ok. I asked if we can substitute the fries to a poutine, again he said, they cannot make it cause they already cleaned the gravy machine!! No ice on the pop machine!!! Are you kidding me!!!! I checked the closing time its till 11 pm!! It’s only 7:15pm!!! If they want to go home.. have people to work that will stay till closing and not close everyhing early before closing time!!! Worst Mcdonalds service i ever got!!! Been here all the time but its getting worst!!!!

Nothing against this restaurant specifically, but this system of 1 person at the till and 1 person handing out food is the DUMBEST SYSTEM EVER!!! All you do is wait.... and wait.... and wait.... and wait.... and wait....(I could go on but you get the point)..... and wait..... Dear McDonald's.... get your head out of your ass and put it back to the way it was when there were multiple tills and people orders!

This is the worst McDonald’s in St. Albert and Edmonton! McDonald’s Canada this location is ruining your brand. They don’t even deserve 1 star. The drive thru NEVER gets the order right ever! And they can’t count...on 2 separate occasions there’s only 5 nuggets in the 6-pack!?! Do not pull thru until you’ve thoroughly checked your order.

I usually don’t like to give bad reviews, especially to fast food places because I know mistakes are common just because of the pace of the work but my experiences have consistently been horrible. They’ve always had issues with fairly basic changes to my order (mostly extra sauce) and have given me watered-down root beer and not offered to give me a different pop. I’ve had more issues too, literally just go to the one located in Walmart, it’s infinitely better.
