Although it took some time with line up aka, needing more staff! I believe the service was amazing... My coworkers and I work in the mall, when our order was delayed, the cashier offered to deliver the extra drinks I couldn't carry. They were real people working who were conversational and apologetic for these delays. I commend them on the extra mile, making our day!  You made a potentially bad review, a very great one. Excellent service folks, just please for the love of god, get more staff. (in production)

The worst Tim's I've ever been to. Went there 10am to grab a simple breakfast meal. "Sorry we have no eggs". Oh ok, let's just do a plain bagel then. "Oh we're out of those bagels". Wow, really bad luck. Finally just ordered a breakfast wrap without egg. "We don't have any hashbrowns for your meal". Honestly at that point why are you even open? They forgot my coffee too until I reminded them for the third time, and then managed to fill it with cream & sugar instead of black.
Seems they still have a lot of work to do to get this location running smoothly. Won't be back for a while.
