UPDATE: I am happy to report that there has been an incredible improvement at this location.I believe there has been a new manager placed at this location and the staff are all delivering great service. Amazing change!

I can’t come back. I’ll go to another location. Every time in the drive-thru, my coffee order is wrong. I check the tab on the cup, and it’s correct. I’ve come back the odd time for the right order and those experiences have been poor and time consuming. So now I just dump the coffee. The thing that baffles me is that I have the same coffee daily but this is the only location that gets it consistently wrong, even with staff turnover over the years. Before you think I’m being unreasonable, the problem is as simple as mixing up Mocha with White Mocha, and consider it cost me $5 each time. So, this location won’t be getting my business again.

I've been coming to this Starbucks regularly since I moved to the area in September. The staff are always working very hard, but never fail to give great service with fantastic attitudes. They have always made my orders perfectly, but today I got my first 'oops' from them. (Not a huge deal at all, I'm just so happy with the recovery) They were very busy, and one of the drinks I was picking up from the drive through was not correct. I noticed an hour later at home when I took my first sip. I went back to the store not sure if they would remember me. I did deal with different people this time, but they were so helpful. Immediately upon hearing me out, the staff promptly apologized and asked me what they could do to make it better. I just asked for the drink I had originally ordered, and they made it for me straight away, with a little hand written 'sorry' on the cup. I hate to inconvenience anyone, but the staff were friendly, accommodating, and made the recovery a fantastic experience. Props to the amazing team working today between 10 and 11 am :)

THEY HAVE OVERPRICED COFFEE AND OVERPRICED SNACKS AND OVERPRICED JUICE AND GUYS WITH FLANNEL SHIRTS AND BIG BUSHY BEARDS AND BOBBA FETT TATOOS WATCHING YOUTUBE VIDEOS ON THEIR MACBOOKS ALL SURROUNDED BY SUPERFIT SOCCER MOMS WEARING LULULEMON ... IT IS A STARBUCKS ... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ... YOUR MILEAGE MAY VARY
