2 stars for getting the order right. But we had to wait a while after going through the Drive through, then when I got my order it was a complete mess. Would not recommend this Tim’s location.

Went through the drive through asked for a steep tea. Got to the window paid by tap no mention of cost and she tried to give me a bag of food. I asked for a receipt and was told had no paper in the machine so when I got home I checked my debit payment and was charged $5.73 for a steaped tea. Went back and said to the woman in charge and was told basically unlucky and not there problem.

Went there to grab a coffee and a bagel in the morning, the staff member who was working the window for the drive thru did not confirm order before saying the total. Gave me to wrong coffee, once I got her attention to correct the order she eye rolled me and then punch in my bagel and I had to pay for them, which really no problem. But it’s the facts thatn1my coffee is wrong they switch it to the once for my order and it is wrongn2 my bagel had a grossly amount of butter that they didn’t even try to spreadn3 the rudeness of the staff i under it’s busy and mistakes happen but you do not need to eye roll a custom.

I have never been spoken to so rudely at a drive through while placing my order. I highly recommend that you fine a different Tim Horton's restaurant to use.
