I think I'll just stop ordering from here. I gave them a second chance and ordered a cilantro lime chicken wrap and asked for extra sauce because the last time I did not get extra sauce when I asked for it in fact, there was practically no sauce. I heard the older lady yell I put extra sauce for sure. And yet again, there is hardly any sauce, as you can see by the picture there is not a single bit of white in there. I had some in the first couple of bites, and then nothing until a few more bites at the very end, a scarce bit. Buh bye.

I had a wonderful experience at this location thanks to Dalbir for exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and quick to help. My order was taken with a smile, prepared accurately, and delivered with genuine care. Providing great customer service , truly makes a difference.nThank you for the excellent service—I will definitely be coming back. Not having all the items at end of day is totally understandable but employees are not rude at this location as I usually observed at some other Tim Horton locations.

My husband was impressed by Camil, who was in training as indicated on her nametag. She handled the drive-thru orders, the counter orders, and also prepared the sandwiches herself. My husband jokingly asked if she was really a trainee because she handled everything so well. Our sandwich was absolutely delicious! We just wish the custard tart was available too, it always seems to sell out.

How do you forget the TURKEY on a TURKEY bacon club? This location messes up more than they get the orders right, it’s insane. I order iced caps from this location and they feel the need to put espresso shots, and vanilla shots, when NOBODY asks for it. They gave us a bagel with literally nothing on it. Just a plain bagel….. this place needs either new management or new workers because it’s not hard to make a sandwich and follow an order screen. What’re you guys being paid for at this point? Absolutely insane and unprofessional.

The service was terrible. I ordered my usual drink, a Caramel Toffee Cold Brew, but what I got was just a regular iced coffee with caramel. I went to let them know, and the blonde girl told me she made it correctly and just mixed everything together. But in reality, it was just a plain iced coffee with caramel. Great service.
