Starbucks

I asked for something "chocolatey and low caffeine." Mike made a few suggestions and also offered to make a drink that's no longer on the menu. Of course, that sounds exclusive, so I took him up on it! About 10 minutes later, Korina comes out with a tray of waters, which nearly everyone in the cafe accepted. A very thoughtful and appreciated little extra. Customers are being greeted as soon as they walk in, and regulars are greeted by name. Really fantastic vibe!

Episode of Mean Girls! Went to this location and ordered coffees for my wife and I. Our coffees were wrong, frustrating but not the end of the world. We drove back to the same location to have them correct our order. When we drove up to the window, I told them that our coffees were not what we ordered. The girl who took our order wasn’t there so another employee talked to us. She told us that next time we need to speak into the speaker before coming to the window and then she left to make the right coffees. When she returned, I told her that next time I will use the speaker first but that they should also pay attention to customer’s orders. She brushed me off and said ‘have a good day!’ I wasn’t upset with the mix up but would’ve appreciated an apology or acknowledgement of the mistake. Horrible customer service.

Never ever given any Starbucks location a bad review. But this one, at least today, deserves one. Came in and purchased a few drinks for family and friends. Then I requested to redeem my bday gift. The reward wasn't on their system and unfortunately couldn't call head office during Canada day long weekend; and thus waiting would void this reward which is only valid for a max of 72hr. Here's a tip starbucks: when a customer buys a few of your overly priced drinks, I think you should eat the 'loss' of giving a free drink when there is a plausible reason. Completely disappointed with the ill judgment of those who 'can't think outside the bix'
