First time i ordered Chipotle chicken wrap, it came with some kind of vinegar dressing. I returned it. Second time, it was clear that the dressing was Chipotle but the fulll size wrap was half empty. Sliver of a lettuce visible, and the rest was so far below the middle of the wrap that it couldnt be seen. I had to ask to speak to the manager but was informed that at 3pm, she had gone for the day. I asked for money refunded and went across the street to eat. Not impressed with the low could care less quality of the preparation.

What in the world? They dont get doughnuts ready First thing in the morning i went there at 6:30 AM and had to go to work at 6:45 AM so get your doughnuts ready first thing in the morning i dont like waiting and getting late

Unacceptable. Just got served a breakfast sandwhich that was literally freezing cold. I will be calling about this one and I usually NEVER complain because I know what fast food is like. But this is just beyond unacceptable

Just went through the drive thru, my sausage biscuit is literally cold to the touch, the only 'warm' (I use the term very lightly) part was the actual sausage 😡 What the heck. Not acceptable, the egg is so cold it's like I am eating left over scrambled eggs straight from the fridge.

I go here a lot for breakfast and to get raspberry lemonades but there bangles are good and bad I say this because some days is perfect and others its not so good because once I got a burnt bagle with no sour cream and once I got one not cooked with WAY to much sour cream.
