Starbucks

My sister was in town visiting, and she absolutely loves Starbucks.... After I took her to District 1881 for lunch, she wanted a Starbucks coffee, so we stopped at this location. It was quite busy, but the service was truly outstanding. The team went above and beyond with our order, and the entire experience was so positive that the very next morning, when she wanted her coffee again, we drove all the way back to this same Starbucks.nWell done to the entire team. As someone who has been a judge for business excellence for over 20 years, I firmly believe true customer service is about meeting the hidden needs of the customer and this team absolutely did that. We also really appreciated the positive energy, welcoming atmosphere, and overall experience in the store. Outstanding service.

Well, I loved this store, as it's the only one downtown Chilliwack. But yesterday, my daughter and I walked up at 7, got there at 7:24, and the doors were locked. Online it says they close at 9 p.m., the door says 8 p.m., but the door was locked at 7:24, and we could see people inside serving the window. Totally disappointed, man.

I had such a great experience at this Starbucks . It is my go to place. The service was incredibly fast, friendly and organized even during busy times. The Manager truly goes above and beyond you can tell they really care about their customers. Everyone was kind professional, and had such great energy. It’s so nice walking into a place with a team that clearly works so well together definitely my favorite Starbucks.

I don’t normally write reviews for chain coffee places, but I’ve had enough good experiences here that I wanted to say something. Everyone working always seems genuinely friendly and helpful even when it’s super busy and the overall vibe is way better than most Starbucks I’ve been to!! Not to mention the coffees always made right and I’m picky LOL Thanks all!!

I was recently visiting Chilliwack and stopped by your Starbucks. I just want to say how impressed I was by both the engaging, friendly staff and by how clean your place is! I have an illness which causes very low immunity and cleanliness is very important to me. This often determines whether I will stay in or return to a venue. The atmosphere was both cheery and welcoming. It was very busy but that didn’t prevent the service I received from being prompt and excellent. In fact, it added to my enjoyment. This location is obviously run by a very competent, enthusiastic manager. Anyway, I just want to say thank you to the caring, friendly staff and manager. In a few weeks I will be visiting my son in Chilliwack again and will definitely be returning to this location!
