Starbucks

10 people working and they still forget our order and have us standing there for 15 minutes. How do you forget to add the mocha to a mocha as well? I have to start calling headoffice because I haven't gotten a correct order from Starbucks within the past 2 years.

Can’t seem to get anything right anymore and the service is here really quite unfriendly. There are a couple of workers who are trying hard with customer service the rest not so much. Paying 5 something for a coffee just to have it wrong and then to get attitude is too much. Please go support smaller locally owned businesses who still have staff that are trying if possible, that is what I will be doing.

One of the good ones, my order has always been correct. The staff have all been friendly and welcoming. Although my last sausage breakfast wrap seemed a little bland, it was still hot and a good portion for the price.

For the second time in a row and the third time in a month my $6 grande macchiato was handed to me only 2/3rds full maybe even slightly less than that. The first time I thought they were in a rush and skipped on quality, but after the third time it's pretty clear this is an operational model at this store based on how I instantly knew as soon as I held the cup and the cashier at the window handed it to me as if it was normal. Skip this store and go to the Midtown store instead, you will at least get what you are paying for... Over priced as it may be.

Rude, unpleasant and unhelpful barista named Tal. I wanted to refill my card and make a purchase. She charged for the top up and the drinks. Took forever for my order Not happy! Zero StarsnnTrinity jumped in and saved the day thank you I give you 5 . Turned my frown upside down
