Starbucks

Came in for a coffee and coffee cake as usual, my timing was perfect as a barista was handing out samples of lemon loaf and a strawberry frap. Breakfast and a treat, delightful. The store is always clean and the staff all seem happy to be at work!

Service lady at the till was super rude. I tried a sample that they offered! Delicious, I told the lady old blonde lady I wanted the sample for my order! So I proceeded to tell her what it was. She ignored me and asked a bunch of her other staff until she got the same answer I just told her! Real kind. Sorry you hate your life at Starbucks but you shouldn’t work in customer service then.

Some staff are okay some are not the kindest. There was a miscommunication in our drink order and then some wastefulness apparently due to COVID measures but just some bad attitudes overall with our situation. Drinks ended up not being properly made at the end of it all anyway. Good location, clean. Lots of Been There series mugs.

This is a flat white. Absolutely not a latte.nBut this coffee tastes like coffee milk right now. It's not a latte, it's not a flat white. It's such a bummer every time. It's tasteless! I don't recommend it during busy times here.

Went to meet a friend and both my white chocolate mocha & breakfast sandwich were perfect. It was quiet and was able to enjoy my conversation with my friend!
