Pore customer services staff standing around with long lines ups! No team work or working together to move the line up quicker. Seen staff using their phones with customers waiting and watching. If a server sees you standing there and they are on drive through, they will ignore you because they are not up front. Without even telling who is supposed to be upfront that they have a customer waiting. AND THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT THEY CLOSE THE BATHROOMS BEFORE THEY LOCK THE DOORS! Your a coffee place people have to go pee from coffee, so unsatisfied that they could care less if you are about to pee your pants & being a customer means nothing! I've been coming hear for years and they are getting worse each year

I find Tim Hortons service & food quality in general has been declining as of late. When we go inside for an order, we notice that the drive through gets priority over walk-in customers. Even if you're waiting for your food/drink and have been for a while (fast food shouldn't be that long anyways) you can notice the drive thru stuff getting handed out before any of the customers inside get their order.

This Tim Hortons is frequented by school children so you need to know when their breaks are. I think it is great for them to have a place to hang out but it does get very crowded. I am not a fan of their coffee but I ordered a double expresso with whipped cream. I felt like I was eating plastic rather than whipped cream on the expresso. Their donuts are very good. However their wraps are never heated properly. We use to enjoy Tim Hortons' food but lately we have felt that the quality of their food and service has gone down and most importantly their washrooms are never clean according to my husband, I do not use them unless I have to. Possibly we have just been there at the wrong time of day. Edie

The lines can get pretty long but always fresh food and good service
