By far the worst location I have ever been to. We ordered 2 Turkey BLT’s and paid extra for the cheese, no tomato, through the app. What we received was two turkey lettuce sandwiches, no cheese, no bacon on dry buns. How the hell do you screw that up so bad when its ordered electronically and is on a screen. I called and spoke to the manager she said she would have a credit at the location for replacement sandwiches. Went yesterday to pick them up manager wasn’t there, and no credit to be found anywhere. Both times I was there the staff and the manager were so rude and dismissive. Avoid this location!

I got a simple iced Capp with a vanilla shot. Even after explaining it multiple times they gave me an iced Capp with an espresso shot. This place has messed up previous orders over the past 3 weeks that my family has been in. This photo shows how the iced Capp darkened more than normal, there is also a small hint of it on the lid!

Went to Tim Hortons this morning for three coffees two of them have no rollup cups. I asked them if I may have a cup in lieu of it they said no we don’t do that. That is not right. It’s false advertisement advertisement says roll up the rim I paid for my coffee I damn well deserve one.

The worker put a napkin on top of the donut which took all the chocolate off. I also ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich on a bagel they put lettuce and a wet tomato on it which i did not order.

Worst Tims ever. If it wasnt bad enough that they always screw up my order, today they gave me a sandwich that had like 20% of it cut off. Pathetic. these guys are the worst. stay away. Dont order a farmers wrap unless you want do drink a damn cup of sauce.
