Best service I’ve experienced at Tim Hortons! The staff were friendly, fast, and very organized even during a busy time. My order was prepared quickly and everything was fresh. Great customer service and a very positive experience overall. Keep up the great work!

Unfortunately this location is very close to my work so it is so I’ve had a lot of negative experiences. This past Sunday, I was parked after paying, as was the gentleman infront of me. He had ONE coffee, I had ONE latte. All of Canada is about tired of the care of drive thru times taking precedents over good old customer service. This location needs the eyes and attention of head office. I’ve witnessed the managers “leadership “ style towards staff and customers, and it is just all the way wrong how customers continue to be treated. Let’s consider going back to the way it was when we had inclusiveness and Canadian born teenagers simply looking for a job and for god sakes tell this location to stop parking people with small items. I as a teen worked at Tim Hortons and this was considered a huge no-no

Excellent experience at Tim Hortons! The service was quick and the staff were very polite and helpful. Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited.

I genuinely don’t understand how this location is still operating, because the level of incompetence here is unbelievable. I’ve tried, more times than any reasonable person should, to give this place another chance every few months. And every single time, without exception, it’s the same story: undercooked food, stale bagels, and customer service that ranges from dismissive to downright rude.nnMy order is not complicated: a 4 Cheese Bagel with plain cream cheese and bacon. That’s it. Yet somehow this location treats it like rocket science. The last time I went, they forgot the bacon, fine, mistakes happen. But when I went inside and asked them to remake it or just add the bacon I paid for, the employee actually argued with me. He insisted he put it on and even implied I removed it myself. Three minutes after I got it. Ten minutes of pointless arguing later, they finally fixed it... Something that should’ve taken ten seconds.nnFast forward four months to today. I ordered the same thing, politely asked for the bacon to be cooked properly, crispy, not limp, and they reassured me it would be. Of course, I get to the window, open the bag, and it’s the same disgusting undercooked bacon as always. At this point, it feels like this location is actively trying to ruin every visit.nnI’m done. I’ll happily drive the extra two minutes to the Best Buy Tim Hortons, because unlike this disaster of a location, they actually know how to cook food and treat customers with respect. And looking at the reviews, it’s obvious that these issues aren’t just happening to me, they’re happening to everyone.nnI do not recommend this location to anyone. After repeated failures, zero improvement, and consistently terrible service, I’m finally putting this experience out there so others don’t waste their time.

Not too happy picked up 2 lattes and they tasted weird see photo and I hind-sight shoulda looked inside way earlier but their was something really wrong with them fiancée mentioned they tasted kinda bitter and thought they must've used some burnt coffee or something and I went to order donuts and they only had 2 kinds available, honey dipped or honey cruler I like them she doesn't so more for me ahah
