Tim Hortons

Who ever is hulk smashing the bagels... please stop. What did the bagels ever do to you? They are weak and under toasted with too much cream cheese. They can't take the abuse.

Really Bad customer service. Manager named Mariela doesn't even understand or get your order quickly. 2 times been to this place, always order the same thing but never get it right from this location. She is arrogant and rude. I will not recommend to come to this place

No pride in food served. But this is the last disappointment for me, as i will not return. Grumpy and slow staff.

other than pretty fast service usually- i must say that its quite a disappointment almost everytime i order here. Once again- my order either somes unfinished ( not including everything i had ordered) incorrectly, or for a toasted sandwhich receive a literally Black burnt bun. just a warning to you all sandwhich lovers- maybe try to get it not toasted, as i go here a few times a week, and its almost always burnt. as for the incorrect- once again i've orderd a "fruit explosion muffin" and received whatever this half purple thing is / probably blueberry something ( see image attached). i'd wish they'd even take a little more time for the drive through to get the order correctly

I’d rather take an extra 15 minute walk than go to this Tim Hortons. I live nearby so I came here every now and then and the service is ALWAYS terrible. When first coming here I had gotten a French Vanilla which was only filled two thirds of a LARGE cup. Recently, I had ordered a Steak and Cheese with potato wedges and I had seen the MANAGER HERSELF microwave the potato wedges and burns the panini I paid almost $10 in total for. Not only that but the service is extremely slow with or without a lot of other people. And on top of that the employees come off as rude and condescending. Either go to another Tim Hortons or just find a different option.
