McDonald's

Stopped in for a snack. Swing and a miss.....Do not get the pizza bites. If you like pizza, then you'll be disappointed. Hard overdone crust and what the heck is in that thing, Italian tomatoe paste? It like a Perogi that's been sitting around for hours, but worse The staff are nice there. Lots of street people around.

i am tired of you guys having items that aren’t available on the delivery app. like no call to ask if u want to exchange not even giving you anything to make for it, where i work if we are out of ice cream we find something else to give and say for the item but that rarely happen BECAUSE WE OUT NOT AVAILABLE IN APP, like really how hard is it this is insane and i never get a refund they just blame it on the drivers. do better.

My first time at this location. I ordered in person. The cashiers name was Ute and she was an absolute Gem. She was the only one I saw come into the Lobby to chat with Customers. There were a handful of others at the Back including managers and during my almost 1 hour there I didn't notice anyone else or a manager come into the Lobby apart from Ute. The place was very Clean and Senior customers enjoyed each other's Company. I remembered my Good old days when I was a Manager. Brought back sweet memories. However there was a young person standing by the counter trying to get a manager's attention as their Drink order was late and sitting behind the counter. They did get it and it was Warm instead of Hot. I mentioned to them to ask the manager and they will surely replace it. I hope they did. This was on Wednesday the 26th of June morning before 9:30am I think.

The staff was very rude towards me as I came in to wait for someone who was in the bathroom and the start putting me down because of my weight and how I came in not to order anything but to pick some one up who felt un safe. This is the same red head woman and a few other staff member that were on tonight August 5th. They have respect at all for anyone that isn't ordering and just coming to pick some one up. I felt uncomfortable and I told them I don't want to talk to them after the way they bullied me. Also the one guy that was coming to lock the doors comes up in to my face being rude about everything after I told them i don't want them talking to me like they have.

I recently visited the McDonald's in Chilliwack, and I had a pleasant experience! The location is convenient and easy to access. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which I always appreciate.nnThe staff were friendly and efficient, taking my order quickly and ensuring everything was correct. My food was served hot and fresh, just as I expected from McDonald's. I especially enjoyed the fries—crispy and perfectly salted!nnThe dining area was comfortable, making it a nice spot to relax and enjoy my meal. I also noticed they had a play area for kids, which is a great feature for families.nnOverall, this McDonald's met my expectations, and I would definitely come back when I'm in the area!
