Tim Hortons

Contrary to popular believe this place is not serving coffee. It is the most watered down coffee I have ever tasted. Don’t even bother. When I asked for a replacement coffee she basically served me the same thing which make me believe that management has not taken the time to train these kids that work here. They can not make a cup of coffee. Such fancy new building with the same garbage watered down coffee as usual. Get a grip Canada this should not be a company we want saying they are Canadian, which we all know is no longer true since they were bought by A&W.

asked for three different coffees. All of which they got wrong as they handed them to us. So they took them back, apologized, and then I watched from the passenger seat as they handed us the same coffees back, Assuring that they're right after all. They were not.

This was one of our favourite Tim Hortons until our last visit. I sit down while my husband waits for our order. I walked through all of the seating - there was not one clean empty table. Cleanliness is very important to me. Fortunately I carry wipes in my purse and cleaned a small table but a little larger table came open so I moved and cleaned that one too. I doubt that any staff would have done it. After a long wait we finally got our food but it was cold. There appeared to be plenty of staff to deal with the volume of customers. I was disssappointed in a place that we frequently went to but the last two visits were not enjoyable. Possibly the attitude is reflecting the problems in Ontario. There are much cleaner and pleasant fast food restaurants in Chilliwack which we are now going to. 😎 Edie

By far the worst Tim hortons in chilliwack. Long drive-thru wait times, caused by 'stalling' at the speaker box. Anything more than a coffee will get messed up. If you order an espresso shot, it either won't get put into the drink or it has been sitting for an hour. This is the closest Tim hortons to my house and if I'm in a hurry I'm much better off going out of my way to Lickman. Poor management practices and definitely not a positive representation of Tim hortons.

Don't bother . service is slow. Half the time they get it wrong or don't have it . The only reason it gets any stars is the staff are always polite.
