I live right across from this Tim Horton, I used to go to this place very often but the customer service at this location is getting worse. I taught they have a personal issue with me but i have heard from a lot of my friends that they have experienced the same experience. The manager at this location is very harsh and aggressive and never smile. I believe that if you work as a customer service in any field especially in the filed of Hospitality, you are required to have the right attitude.
