If your cashier is Alex, you might want to skip Panera today. He lied to us about the choices. We wanted soup in a bread bowl. We were told that they ran out of bread. Out of curiosity we asked one of the kitchen staff, the answer was yes they do have some left. We were then directed back to Alex for a change. Alex promised us to double check, but all he did was running to the pastry section to cut some baguette. He spent a whole five minutes cutting one slice of baguette. He finally came back when our soups were ready. We are not blind, please don't treat us like one.

This place is pretty good if you are in a rush. I stopped in before a meeting and was pleasantly surprised by the staff are this location. In addition to being friendly and courteous they were consistently cleaning up the dining area and checking in on guests. It was a very nice experience and I'd highly recommend their coffee and breakfast sandwiches. In the area it is also one if the best options with lots of free parking in the morning.

The food and snacks I have had there were good, as well as the coffee. The loaves of bread are very well made.

I went to have a quick lunch, order pick 2; Italian sandwich and autumn squash soup with an apple, also redeemed my birthday pastry. Most of the time I order to go, but not today and my soup was cold - good flavour tho
