There is an odd ecosystem going on here. 2 of the women who I assume are family ignore customers while 1 employee who I assume is not family serves all the customers. With 3 staff visible/present you would think there would not be a line, but the fact that 2 of them seem to think they are above actually serving the customers means you will sometimes need to wait quite awhile while one person scrambles to accommodate multiple orders. She is wonderful though, and does it with a smile.

We work in the office building and therefor have had many "meals" here... so we've been quite loyal and spend a lot of money here are as company and as individuals. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit. My company ordered a bunch of sandwiches for lunch for a team, and mine was communicated wrong to them (allergy was forgotten). The owners are incredibly stingy. They refused to remake my order without me paying for it even though we just ordered a tray of food from them and do this often. another time a colleage was also 5 measley cents short of the bill and they made a point of saying "make sure you come back and pay for it". We're fed up with this place - we're polite guests, loyal, and appreciative - but this is just a joke. Also your prices are very high for mediocre foods.... They don't seem to listen to client requests, when you ask for a specialty they always seem annoyed. I'm not suprised by the other reviews.

Their high prices are no where near parallel to the quality of food, the food is bland and poorly made. I wish I could say their customer service made up for their terrible food but unfortunately that's terrible as well. One specific lady is extremely rude and distasteful to her customers, it's sad how much business they lose just from bad customer service. I will never spend another dime in there and actively advise others to follow suit.

Worst food ever. Food is always cold, bland and very expensive. Somehoe i paid $11 for rice that was do dry and tasteless potatoes. Even their wraps are expensive.

They put minimal food and charge so much. Ask for egg salad shell put half a scoop and charge $6, really?
