Tim Hortons

I almost always stop by in the morning. Depending on the crowd the speed of service varies..it could do better with 1 or 2 extra servers. Often enough you have to wait a bit to be served. However my grilled cheese sandwich here is good.

Worst Tim Hortons ever! I think when the employees here were filling out their applications for employment, they checked off the area that says Must Be a Dumb Ass. Employees are not trained properly and overcharge on items or make up prices as they go along. One staff plays games and fills cup up half way with coffee when I am paying for a full cup. Washroom is dirty most of the time and staff allow customers to smoke right outside the door which is against the by-law. Not disability friendly as the electronic door has been not working properly for over a year. Report anything to manager and nothing is ever done. If there was a zero rating I would give it.

There was a roll up promotion going on. I asked for double double medium. It was served in a normal cup. It seemed that size cup was finished. The staff did not explain and once I asked for the roll up cup, she looked at me like I am so cheap and hungry for a lucky draw. I thought probably she is paying from her pocket for the cup or promotion. By the way I did not win anything if u are wondering lol

Washroom's are clean, staff are friendly. Pretty standard Tim Hortons. I noticed they sometimes have new menu options before other local branches start selling them. Might be a pilot store.

The following is a poem on one of my favourite places: Tim Hortons; Roses are red, Violets are blue, Coffee is brown, And cookies are too. White bagels are soft, Apple strudel is sweet There's no where to sit So give me your seat. Timbits a good, Sandwiches are healthy, Getting around the tables, You gotta be stealthy. Donuts are round, Drinks good for thurst, The line can be long, Waiting is the worst. Coffee is brewed fresh, Dark roast is roasted, I just wanted a bagel, I didn't want it toasted. The menu is vast, With a many choices, Though the shop can be loud, CROWDED WITH VOICES So go to Tim Hortons Where Tim Gift Cards are sold And order hot chocolate To warm up in the cold
