Tim Hortons

The cashier was a total jerk that lacked the basics of customer service. I guess he believes that because it's a Tim Hortons people will still show up anyways. However, there are 3 other Tim Hortons around and you can rest assured that it will be my last visit to this location.

Every time I go they have French Onion soup on the menu. Every time I go no matter what time it is they don't have any. I was here at1:00 pm. They had none. I could understand if it was 11 pm at the end of the day and they were out, but at 1 pm in the afternoon????? Very disappointing.

Excellent morning drive thru service. Have been many times before work and always super quick, polite and good food. One of the best for morning rush.

I always go early in the morning, around 6am. There was a promotion taking up most of the breakfast menu board that stated if you buy a hot drink you get a sausage on an English muffin or a biscuit for 99c. The first time I ordered it, I was over charged and didn't notice until I got to work and saw the sandwich had egg on it. Partially my bad. Next time, I corrected the worker when they charged me $3.75 for egg and sausage again, pointing out the menu board promo. Cashier seems oblivious to the promo and has to ask 3 other coworkers who don't know how to change it either. In the end I was charged $1.79 for the sandwich without egg. I didn't want to argue more. The last time I ordered this, the cashier was very brunt, and when I got to work, it was sausage on a biscuit instead of an English muffin. Only go to this location if you're getting coffee. If you want food, go elsewhere.

We went through the drive through to order and the lady taking our order was playing a prank on us by pretending to hear other things we were saying. We could clearly hear her laughing. After when we were waiting for our food, we saw her yelling, screaming and play fighting with her coworker. She was very rude to us and looked almost under the influence of something. Worse service I have ever gotten. Do not recommend going to this tims especially later in the evening.
