Tim Hortons

Since the new management I always have to double check my order. The service has significantly gone down. I miss the old employees. New staff is rude and not really happy there.

Terrible place run by incompetent staff who has no knowledge of how to prepare their food or treat paying customers. The cashier was completely disinterested in serving me and had to be reminded that I still stood there several times, didn't pay attention to my order and had me repeat it several times. I ended up getting the wrong bagel, and had onion soup served without bread or cheese in the broth. Her colleague's excuse? "She forgot it." The owners of this franchise location may as well fire everyone and start fresh with a staff team that actually cared.

The bathrooms are always so dirty and smelly, there is so much people your lucky if you ever get a seat. People are always standing outside by the doors smoking, you need to cut through a cloud of smoke to get in.Staff on this location are better then some of the other Tim Hortons in the area.

Great coffee for the price! But what is really great about this place is that they have alot of tables available. Most of the time finding a place to sit is fairly easy.

Very busy shop. Rapid service. Foods are as usual as other Tim Hortons. Needs attention to cleanliness.
