BELÉM is a healthy Vegan Café and Yoga studio in Montreal.
The café offers a wide variety of healthy breakfasts and snacks, as well as coffee, tea and other "ready-to-eat" items.
Our signature product though, and for what most people come to us for, is our famous Açaí bowl!
Filled with tons of antioxidants, the açaí berry is a purple-red fruit, native to South and Central America (mostly from the Amazon Forest, in the Northwestern part of Brazil). Other fruits, nuts and seeds will top up this energy-boosting snack, not only delicious, but very nutritious.
BELÉM is also a small Yoga studio! Classes are adapted to all levels, and the schedule is filled from Monday to Sunday (please see website for details!) www.cafebelem.com

BELÉM est un petit café santé végétalien et studio de Yoga à Montréal.
On y retrouve des petits déjeuners santé, des collations, cafés et thés, smoothies et menu du jour.
Avez-vous déjà essayé un bol d'açaí au Brésil ou en Californie? Et avez-vous souhaité en retrouver à Montréal? Maintenant, vous pourrez enfin en manger ici!!
En fait, les bols d'açaí sont notre spécialité. La baie d'açaí, est un petit fruit mauve-rouge de l'Amerique centrale/du sud (majoritairement de la forêt de l'Amazone, au nord/ouest du Brésil). Celle-ci n'est pas encore très connue dans notre coin du globe, par contre, plusieurs études ont déjà été faites sur le sujet. On a découvert plusieurs bienfaits à ce petit fruit, notamment grâce à ses propriétés antioxidantes (plus que les cannberges ou bleuets).
Un bol d'açaí est donc fait à partir de ce fruit (réduit en smoothie), et nappé de toutes sortes de petits fruits frais, noix, graines et sirop d'érable!
BELÉM est aussi un petit studio de Yoga! Les cours sont adaptés pour convenir à tous les niveaux, et l'horaire est rempli du lundi au dimanche (veuillez voir le sire web pour l'horaire pour plus d'information!) www.cafebelem.com
