It's great that they have pastries meant for breakfast and they were low in sugar, which is how it should be. The service is great but the way they function one worker serves one client from start to end does not work; it leads to a lot of cashiers waiting for the cash at the same time and it gets super messy with everybody in everybody's space. Also I understand that the glass is for protecting the pastries from people's mouth bacterias and such but come on, I hate having to yell on top of my lungs to be heard over these. They'd benefit from one of those microphones in metro station booths.
The cakes are just okay. I can't say it's exceptional. And actually pricey for what it offers. But the Viennoiserie are pretty good.
If it weren't for my diet, I would eat these pastries non-stop. Absolutely fantastic! The best thing I've eaten this month. 10000/10 ‍
I used to buy at last 300 a week of cookies, cakes, chocolate and foils gras… 1000$ month easily. I have 3 small kids to care around. I always go when I pick up my kids. I don’t plan to bring any reused bag. I have hundreds of reusable bags at home. I feel bag buy one every time I go buy something without planing to bring old reusable bag. I rarely ask for a little paper bag to hold bread cost them 0.02$ to carry plenty of small cookies and articles over 90$. Third time , I asked and they always a no. So I return all littles items that cost hundreds. I’m not sad but my kids are. I told them I have hundreds and I don’t want to buy 2-4 $ reusable bag. It’s not about money but I don’t have space for more. But, how ridiculous service. A few of them know how to serve. A lot of them, need to be trained for better service. I rarely want to review badly any business. This one upset me for a small paper bag that cost them nothing.
This French bakery it’s so awesome, they have tons of delicious desserts, breads, sandwiches, drinks , pâtés, sausage, cheeses and many more. Love the atmosphere, and friendly attentive customer service. We’re from Texas and have to stop by every time we visits. I definitely recommend this place.
