Tim Hortons

Small location TH, has all the requisite goods of its larger bretheren. I found the staff was quite loud and noisy. Behind the counters. Talking amongst each other, but having a good time. Seems like they are a happy bunch though.

I was looking for something I may have left behind by mistake and I am so annoyed at the attitude. First I get asked if someone called me. How could they do that if there is no phone number in said pouch. The second person tells me if anything was found it would be THROWN into their lost and found. Sure don;t check to see if there is a name and why not keep something that holds medicare, bank, social insurance cards in a separate place to lower the risk of it being taken by just ANYONE. This is not the first time they have been lousy at verifying if an item is lost. Last winter I misplaced a glove and so I called again and asked if someone could check out side, I later found the glove in THEIR PARKING LOT BURIED UNDER ICE SLUSH and SNOW. Maybe if they had actually looked I would not have lost something my late father gave me. Thanks staff for doing nothing more than standing on your feet like robots. If anything happens to the pouch and I find you did have it, there will be TROUBLE since I can't trust you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hashbrowns were cold and mushy, the bagel was underbaked and tasted like a ball of dough... worst Timmies around now which is unfortunate because as a kid growing up it was great...
