Service was friendly and served relatively quickly.  But we came here instead of McDonald's for chili and they were already out at 8 pm.  I could understand if this a downtown Tims, but this place is just off the highway with people driving late.  To top it off, since they didn't have the chili I ask for a crossaint chicken salad sandwich but they were out of croissants.  I should have just gone to the McDonald's.

Ok for coffee but never seen so many flies landing on all the bread and donuts. Wouldn't buy anything to eat there.

In general people in Ontario (mostly in the country) are friendly. This Tim Hortons has the proof of it. But please don't judge people or anything things from first experience, yes first impressing are important, but yet we are all still human.
