Pls teach the supervisor with nose pin that rudeness is in her attitude, rotten smile and talking back to customer because of who she has this job. I always have bad experience with her. Wrong order to bad service. Common sense if I order croissant with butter I need a knife and d at least toast it for customer. Hate the visit.

Pretty standard timmy’s visit. Burned coffee, stale donut, watered down tea. Friendly staff and super fast service as anticipated even after being initially intimidated with a huge line up of socially distanced sheep. As always I believe they could to better. I bet if they took a little better care of their staff then maybe a little more pride of ownership would be visible. I never fault the min wagers working and always notice after each visit the product becomes less and less appealing. But open, and willing to take my reluctant money.

Only Tim’s in the entire area that can’t have an updated schedule for the holiday for when they are closed, online and through the Tim’s app they claim to be open until 11pm on Christmas Eve but in person closed early. They even took my mobile order while closed then refused to even talk to me to help me know how to refund it back.

So it turns out I left a review for the wrong store. I was trying to leave a 5 star review for the Tims at 1950 McConnell beside the gas station because of the amazing service I had before work. I would highly recommend others to try it out if you haven't already. Sorry but second st location has mabe me run late for work more than once.

First time ever being charged 10cents for a cup. Ordered my soup in a cup, but had to do it myself. They got my order wrong chicken noodle soup instead f Broccoli. No bun for soup. No butter for scone. They did correct the order.
