McDonald's

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for drinks only for them to not apply my promotion knowingly. They said “you’re already collecting points”. Tried to reason them as I know how it works, been working there. yet still asked me to pay full price because “people were waiting behind” like I haven’t waited. Maybe my low patience was due to my fatigue but I find it rather unprofessional to not try to serve the customer as they wish when they’ve been waiting 15 minutes.

One of the worst MacDonald's I've ever known, each time i make an order I end up regretting it.nAnd if they gave me the correct order, I'd consider myself very lucky

Left over Mc chicken smelled bad

From my point of view, id say McDonald's is still good food. But, its very $$$ for the service we always get. Its getting worst and worst each time.

It took exactly 49 min before I got my order... it's called Fast Food, but there's nothing fast about that place. It doesn't matter if you go drive thru or go inside, you will wait the same time... it's very frustrating.
