Very disappointed with the quality of food provided. We ordered a chicken salad sandwich on a toasted croissant. Croissant was warm but not toasted. Chunks of nearly frozen pressed chicken with mayonnaise were served. Complained to server asking for Manager, and was told Mgr was not available. This will be our last Bainsville 401 Onroute stop

This Tim Hortons messed up my order and my friends order more then humanly possible. They told us they didn't have any potato wedges left when they clearly did. And after they told us they ran out of chicken and my friend asked for turkey instead, THEY GAVE HER HAM. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Très mauvaise expérience à cause d'une employée très très désagréable, j'ai juste demandé gentillement de me refaire le sandwich parce que je l'avais commandé sans Bacon, la fille qui préparait les sandwich n'a sûrement pas apprécier et m'a arraché le sac de ma main avec une méchanceté incomparable, j'étais tout de même très gentil de ne pas lui faire un scandal vu que j'étais en famille, bref, elle ma gâché l'instant mais sinon après j'ai tiré la chasse.
