Tim Hortons

Can’t recall ever being in a worse Tim Hortons. Filthy. Toilet filthy. Staff completely untrained or possibly just thick. 35 minutes to get a bagel, and only 1 other customer in there. And when they finally managed to produce it, burned to a crisp. Completely black. Wouldn’t give a refund or a new, edible bagel. Avoid at all costs!

We wanted a coffee and food .nWent to the bathroom room. Had to flush the toilet three times to get the water clear. The toilette paper was open. No soap. Low water pressure. Hair in the sink.. I used my jacket to open the door.nA door was open water system. Mold on walls.nEverything was dirty...nNo gloves. No hair nets..nSo finally lost our our desire to drink coffee or a bit to eat.nI do not recommend this Tim Hortons..

Understaffed I.e. poor management and understocked I.e poor management. Want your store to run smoothly and keep customers happy? Take care of your staff!!

There's a reason why coffee... is more expensive here then McDonald's...it's faster better... and served by a smarter staff...that are bilingual and don't mess up on anything
