Tim Hortons

The store didn’t have all the items we ordered in the app last night. The store didn’t want to issue a refund for items that are not available, asked me to contact the customer service instead, which was already closed at that time. Staff are not very helpful for this matter. The website will tell you to ask the store for a refund, however since the store didn’t have their manager at that time, I did contact support but only a chatbot is available, then it will tell you to wait for the email within 48hours. I received an email asking about the details of the transaction. I replied with an hour, only to wait again for their response. At the time of writing, they haven’t gotten to me back yet for a refund of almost 45$. This is unexpected and disappointing for a big company like Tim Hortons!

ordered two morning workers wraps sausage with a quartier and chipotle sauce..... i got two fried chicken wraps and two hashbrown. this is horrible, don't ever go here

The staff spoke nor understood any English and there weren’t any jelly powdered doughnuts. In reality there was a very small selection of doughnut types and even less choices for Tim Bits.

Can’t recall ever being in a worse Tim Hortons. Filthy. Toilet filthy. Staff completely untrained or possibly just thick. 35 minutes to get a bagel, and only 1 other customer in there. And when they finally managed to produce it, burned to a crisp. Completely black. Wouldn’t give a refund or a new, edible bagel. Avoid at all costs!

Wonderful place to sit down and have a coffee.
