Tim Hortons

The ladie at mic was very slow kept saying one Min then restarting..the dash fram for photos what they sell one was broken so can't see the sandwichs...when. We got at pay station she looked rude ...are begle and grill Cheese was not even cut!!!

Ordered through the Tim Hortons app to dine in, but had a really bad experience. I waited for about 15 minutes thinking they would call me or place it on the counter like they usually do in Ontario, but nothing happened. I finally went to ask, and they had no clue about my online order. The elderly lady working there didn’t even seem to know how mobile orders work. I had to show her the order on my phone, and even then she gave me just one French Vanilla when I had ordered two. I was just trying to get a coffee in peace, but this was frustrating. Not recommended.

The older lady was so lovely that she made this visit special. Great sense of humour, the star of the place. Soup was good but the atmosphere dismal. Please give it a paint

Worst Tim Hortons in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, the manager or assistant manager during the weekend accused her employees of making mistakes,when she mades the mistakes herself, this restaurant needs a new owner or someone who can make this restaurant great again because every time it's just a disappointment. We have to wait each time we go there almost 25 to 30 minutes to get our food with mistakes in it, their staffs are not trained enough or just not trained at all, always understaffed
