Tim Hortons

Went in to get a coffee. Took 20 to 25 minutes just to get my order taken. The guy behind the counter look like he was lost or on cloud 9

I needed a place to wait while my friend said her last goodbyes to her dad at a near by home for elderly people. they are very kind, polite, bilingual and entertaining. They even warmed up my left overs!nSo they dont get in shit. to the bossi did buy several beverages while there!Nice to see customer service isn't dead! Good job guys!

What is this? Already they close early at 4pm. I understand the shortage of staff. But come on.. why close the store earlier than the time it suppose to close? I get to the drive thru at 3:55pm and there already close!? Arent you supposed to be taking customers until 4pm? Unless the employee gets paid only until 3:50pm? The employee is outside waiting for her lift already before 4 and ready to go. If the management know about this and does nothing, the least you can do is change the hours and not put 4pm closing if it closes before that.

its Tim so a lot times they mess up ya order or burn toast...this one is OK not young ppl...really..but should stay open longer...

This is the WORST Tim Horton ever just waited almost 10 minutes to be NOT SERVED, I literally left caused I was 100% ignored, There was 6-7 kids working there, no customer greeting, no hello, no one moment please, nothing they look so unorganized, it’s almost a joke. This was my last time going there.
