I’m writing to share some feedback about an experience I had on [4/1/2026] at your TIM HORTON 1410 Route201.nnDuring my visit, I purchased a donut and unfortunately discovered a strand of human hair inside it after I had already taken a bite. Since then, I’ve had some minor stomach discomfort and I’m not sure if it’s related, but I’m holding onto the evidence in case it becomes relevant.nnWhat also concerned me was the response I received in-store. When I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, they unfortunately did not take the matter seriously. The manager laughed in front of me and other staff and was unwilling to provide any contact information for the owner or a more senior representative. This kind of response was quite disappointing.nnI trust that Tim Hortons is dedicated to customer care and high standards of hygiene, and I hope you’ll take this feedback to ensure such incidents are handled more appropriately in the future. There is one man who does drive thru who is fantastic, always friendly and polite, don't know if he's still there but some working there have no class, are rude and make me you not want to return. Some are good, do there best given the the environment they are working in. Do the owners ever work on site???? I would fire some of these employees so fast!!!
I made an online order and had my brother pick it up over an hour later so I was sure it would be ready. Despite the delay in picking it up, nothing was ready and the didn’t have the kind of coffee I ordered. They offered my brother to make a caramel latte instead but once I got it I realized they didn’t add caramel nor did they add the whipped cream I paid extra for. I checked over the food and realized that we were also missing an item. Wouldn’t recommend ordering online
Can management put a trash bin near the picnic tables? Pretty disgusting how much trash piles up...
Best staff ever. Jake is the best, and the director is amazing great job, and very kind
