Tim Hortons

Don't even know how they're still in business, owners should really start to look into it, been bad for years. They charge 6-7$ for a poorly done wrap with maybe 2-3 worth of food in it. Bagels always taste like a 2 days old one. If you are lucky they won't mess up your order

An absolute essential of any Canadian town. Just like any Tim Hortons restaurant, there's nothing that should surprise you here.nHowever, I've heard many complaints about the service. While they're not always perfect, keep in mind that there's often a lot of customers who just woke up and waiting for coffee coming here, and a lot of younger workers too. So it's important to cut them a bit of slack.

I do appreciate the service I received although because of their new pizza and the thickness of the cream on the ice caps I’m going to have to give this store a 3 star review.nIt stays consistently clean but if I single food item makes me detest continuing to eat it, the store doesn’t deserve a higher review.

Worst service and experience ever, never going back to this Tim again.nSecond time this month they made a mistake on my order, not only they gave me the wrong item they burnt it The manager had no empathy or customer experience, just asked me what did I want and walked away.nnDon't buy the new $3 breakfast sandwich, they give you a piece of bread and a sausage no sauce no nothing. That's how sad Tim's become.

The two owners are super condescending and they give the worst customer experience. Nothing ever works and they always get your things mixed up. The worst.nEdit Also there's a woman employee, don't know her name, but she gives the worst customer service ever, practically throws your stuff in your car at the drive-thru... She speaks to the clients like she wants them to die, which is not really the best customer experience. I hate this place and the food sucks
