Went through the Tim Hortons drive-through and tried their new protein coffee. It was actually pretty good — smooth and with no aftertaste, which was a nice surprise. For me, this experience was a 3-star — meeting the usual standards of the franchise.nnThe line was quite long, so there was a bit of a wait, though that’s understandable since this location is in a busy, high-density neighborhood with heavy foot traffic. I’ll definitely give it another try and may revise this rating based on future experiences.

I ordered scrambled eggs with a vanilla iced coffee today, but there was a piece of sausage in my box even though I didn’t order it. I don’t eat sausage, so this was really disappointing. Please be more careful with orders — it’s important to make sure items match what customers actually request.

I've had a bad experience every time i've come here lately but today especially. I ordered a crispy chicken craveable and when i got home i opened it up and it had the bun, chicken, lettuce, a slice of cheese, fried onions and some spicy sauce, It wasn't even remotely close to how it is supposed to be with a bun, chicken, lettuce and creamy bbq sauce. i went back and they weren't nice but i still got a new chicken craveable. i asked for a sauce on the side for not getting it in the first place and didn't let me get a new one. Overall this Tim Hortons is my least favourite i've been to.

I asked for 4 drinks. 1 medium 3x3, a medium ice Capp with chocolate milk and 2 large ice Capps one being regular and the other being the pistachio one. Why’d they give me one with the hot coco powder mix on the whipped cream? just tell me you don’t know how to make it.

Stopped by Tim Hortons for a tea and a turkey club, and it really hit the spot. The tea was hot, fresh, and comforting—exactly what I needed. The turkey club was made well, with fresh bread and a good balance of turkey, bacon, and toppings. Everything tasted fresh and was prepared quickly. Great option for a simple, satisfying meal with friendly service. Would definitely order this combo again.
