I've never seen anything like this, I went in to buy a coffee, and use the washroom, which you need a key for, and was told it's because of the homeless people and what they do in there the employee let me in with a key, and it was an unbelievable shock at what I saw. needles on the floor, bloody cotton balls, toilet paper everywhere, blankets in the stalls with bags and garage. The wash sink had a huge gob of spit and hair. I obviously choose not to use the facility. when I told the girl working how disgusting it was, her reply was the manager on duty is an asshole and said no one can clean until after 1 pm... WHAT ? I have never been so disgusted by what I saw. I highly recommend driving right by this location.

I've been going a few mornings a week. Despite the area and number of homeless hanging around the area, the staff are there to do their jobs. The regular staff at the drive thru window are always polite and courteous.

I'm a regular here, I go through the drive thru twice a day. The staff are great and friendly. Drinks and food are always made with good quality. Thank you Ash, Herpreet and Brenda for your customer service.

I would like to comment about a specific employee Ashish # 3266 , He is not just a friendly face with a smile he is an extremely diligent worker I see him frequently help other staff while handling his own work without flaw . And he makes my coffee perfectly!

A very pleasant place. I had an appointment here and it went great. This Trademark is the hallmark of Canada and therefore needs no introduction. Come and enjoy coffee, tea, cakes and other delicious treats. The ratings I gave and they are quite correct for this place.nVery nice!
