Tim Hortons

Went through the Tim Hortons drive-through and tried their new protein coffee. It was actually pretty good — smooth and with no aftertaste, which was a nice surprise. For me, this experience was a 3-star — meeting the usual standards of the franchise.nnThe line was quite long, so there was a bit of a wait, though that’s understandable since this location is in a busy, high-density neighborhood with heavy foot traffic. I’ll definitely give it another try and may revise this rating based on future experiences.

I ordered scrambled eggs with a vanilla iced coffee today, but there was a piece of sausage in my box even though I didn’t order it. I don’t eat sausage, so this was really disappointing. Please be more careful with orders — it’s important to make sure items match what customers actually request.

I want to start this of by saying this is completely unacceptable as a place that prides themselves about being Canadien and serving fresh high quality baked goods, this is not the first time that I have had the cheese in the croissant not heated and not melted when the expectation is that the cheese should be melted and the entire croissant was cold to the touch. And the other times that it does come out, it’s burnt. I’m super disappointed because it was a road trip snack so I was already on the road when I realized. no melting, not toasted, no love, it felt like someone gave up half way. This isn’t what I expected, please take more care of basic food needs. Charging someone for low quality food is cruel and unjust.

This Tim Hortons is a disgrace. You walk in to an empty store and still end up waiting 10–15 minutes while staff ignore you, roaming around, laughing, and gossiping in their own language instead of doing their job. Not one person has the basic decency to say “we’ll be right with you.”nnEvery single time I order steeped tea, they mess it up. Tastes like dirty water. Coffee? Trash. 9 out of 10 times, it’s made wrong. Staff clearly don’t care.nnOrder food? Good luck. Farmer’s wrap is cold, wrong meat thrown in without asking. You say no sausage, they’ll give you double. Heating it up? Not their problem.nnThis place is running on autopilot with lazy, careless staff who act like customers are an inconvenience. Embarrassing for the brand.

I had such an amazing experience at this Tim Hortons thanks to Jenny! She greeted me with the warmest smile and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. You can really tell she cares about her customers & her positive attitude absolutely made my day. It’s rare to come across someone so kind, professional, and genuinely thoughtful in customer service. Jenny is truly a gem and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her incredible service!
