Tim Hortons

I had a wonderful visit to Tim Hortons today. The coffee was fresh and flavorful, and the staff was friendly and quick with service. I tried the Timbits and a breakfast sandwich — both were delicious and satisfying. The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for a quick bite or coffee break. Definitely coming back again!

Apparently comprehension isn't a strong suit there , yesterday went through drive thru around 1230 ordered a breakfast sandwich which they said they had got to the window and they didn't have sausage no big deal , so changed order to a very very simple so easy a toddler could have figured it out a ham and cheddar sandwich with get this just ham and cheddar and bun nothing else since gf is allergic to tomato even explained it to the girl working the window , get the sandwich glad I checked had lettuce tomato and the sauce not just ham and cheddar like I asked , so back it goes comes back sandwich maker says I took the tomatos off so just had lettuce and the sauce , umm the tomato still touched the meat and lettuce my gf is allergic sp he gets all pissy, and again explain it's suppose to be just ham and cheddar pretty simple so goes back for the 3rd time surely they got it right this time comes back and now it's just got ham on it and still has the sauce , so this time girlfriend gets out and walks inside finally after the 4th time they got it right , how ridiculous that it took 4 times to get a very basic sandwich made , let alone knowing someone had an allergy you put tomato on it then peel them off and hand us back the sandwich knowing someone allergic ? That person should be fired .

Asked for a cheese croissant heated and a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese . Got a plain bagel with butter and a plain croissant with cream cheese not heated this is after we asked them to correct it after they handed us a regular croissant not heated with nothing on it.

Great experience at tim hortons. The staff are always kind and friendly and quick too even during the busy hours. The food is fresh always especially donuts. Perfect spot for quick bite and a great coffee

I enjoyed my time at Tim's through the years and the service is effective. I wouldn't stay after 7pm it gets a little odd. But most don't but the ones who like myself sometimes,I guess can tolerate it. Anyway good service and friendly staff.
