Tim Hortons

Great Timmy’s service here. Usually very busy due to its location. Food and staff are very good and consistent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I am not a fan of their new straws. I usually ask for two straws since they go limp before I am done my drink.

Absolutely amazing Tim Hortons!!! They are so considerate here, while waiting in drive through they took long enough that I had time to handle all my errands.nBrushed my hair, revised my will, cleaned out all my emails and still had time to walk my goldfish!!nnAll this while I waited at the speaker and then they took my order.nAmazing!!!

Ridiculous experience at 226 West Street Tim Hortons tonight! The Manager of this location should be ashamed of the ongoing disruptive behavior of a guest who was allowed to remain in this establishment.nThis person was at the counter talking loudly jumping and shouting.nHe accused other guests of being racist which actually did not occur. Ongoing interaction interactions for more than a half an hour.nObviously he was on som type of substance and disrupting every individual who was trying to enjoy their experience. The police should have been contacted and had this person removed but he kept being allowed to stay and yell at other guests in the restaurant.nVery poor Managerial skillsnYou will be losing many customers by allowing this type of behavior in your establishment!!!

Fraud happens here, @226 West st. Brantford location.nTeam member working at drive through said my scan and pay failed and asked to try again. So I paid in cash.nGuess what I was also charged in scan n pay and that person took cash for the tips by lying.nI can give a time stamp if you really care about Costumer. It was 26 March 2024 time was 13:30. Nice way to cheat.

Since Carrie, Franchise Owner of West and Dundas Tim's, Downtown Brantford Tim's and one in Paris, Ontario sold the business, IT IS Unorganized, poor service, forgetting to Make my breakfast sandwich, 3 different times. Lots of young kids behind the counter not knowing what to do. Not happy with my Timmy's!!!!
