Very busy store! However the vegetables , fruits and products looked good.nStaff were friendly and cheerfulnIt could use a bit of tidying up around the areanHad the essentials I went in for and prices are very reasonable compared to other grocery places.nBig free parking lot that’s a bonus

Not a good store to shop at when they can't honor the price on the shelf. Was going to buy a box of cheerios and the shelf price said $6.50. The box rang in at $7.00. You can see the shelf from the checkout. Cashier did a price check and they told me the box is $7 even though you could see it from the checkout. As I was standing at the checkout, one of the workers was on a ladder changing the price. Right before my eyes. I should have been given the box of cereal for $6.50. The difference is only .50, goes to show corporate greed.

This store has very rude cashiers , and they are always arguing with customers. One time when I went inside, a woman with short hair spoke to me very disrespectfully. I kindly said I don’t need the receipt , after a second she told me, ‘Wait, you have to do something.’ I looked at her in surprise, and then she rudely said, ‘Say you don’t want you receipt When you’re done, you don’t need to just stand there quietly.:

September 14, 2025 – 7:00 PMnnI went to No Frills specifically for three advertised items: whole chicken at $1.99/lb, Lactantia butter at $5.88 only unsalted was available, and red onions at $5.99. Shockingly, none of these items were in stock. We waited around 10 minutes just to be told nothing was available.nnWhen we asked for a raincheck, the employee first wrote it for yellow onions instead of red. After pointing it out, she disappeared inside for a while, then called another cashier over, only to tell us we should either buy yellow onions instead or “come back later” to check again. That’s not how customer service should work.nnThe whole process felt careless, dismissive, and like our time didn’t matter. If the store advertises sale items, they should be prepared to honor them. At the very least, a proper raincheck should be given without making the customer wait around and argue for it.nnThis is not the first time No Frills has been out of stock on sale items, but today’s experience was especially frustrating. Staff seemed unwilling to help, lacked basic professionalism, and made us feel like we were asking for something unreasonable when we clearly weren’t.nnFortinos, on the other hand, never treats customers this way. If something is sold out there, they immediately provide a raincheck with no hassle and with respectful service. No Frills should learn from them.nnOverall, this was a waste of time and a very poor shopping experience. No Frills needs serious improvement in both stock management and customer service.

Very bad customer service, I bought bagels was over 20 bags o. The shelves the price was 2.79$ promotion, I went to paid the casher charges me over price $5:79, I told her and I showed pictures she told me she can't honor the price, don't buy at this location, I think no frills has to hire new young people for customer service
