Not impressed! First off there was no chicken for the chicken bacon ranch wrap I ordered so I agreed to substitute with turkey. However after one bite I realize the turkey was FROZEN. I went inside and explained, the manager was rude to me and the other customers in line (Rudely telling them to "Speak up" because she could not hear them)! I myself am a Tim Hortons employee and I know this is not acceptable service. On top of this they did not ask me what wrap I had originally ordered and made the wrong one. Thoroughly disappointed.

I have gone in many times or driven through. Each time it makes me cringe. Most recently I walked in ordered my drinks then decided I would like to order one more. The lady completely ignore that I asked to order another drink and walked away. The manager was right there she didn't even acknowledge my request. I stood there for another 3 minutes before the Manger looked up (I was right in front of her) to ask if they forgot something.... Worst customer service ever!!!!!
