Tim Hortons

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Tim Hortons this morning around 9:15 AM. I come here almost every day and always order an extra large iced coffee with extra base, extra cream, and espresso foam. I pay around $5 every morning, so I expect basic customer service and consistency.nToday, my coffee tasted extremely bitter, like no extra sugar or cream was added at all. When I politely asked if they could add more cream and sugar, the employee made an annoyed face. While working on another drink, she angrily threw an overfilled cup into the sink right in front of me. The attitude and behavior were completely unnecessary and honestly ruined my morning.nAs a regular customer, I never expected to be treated like this. If someone is having a bad morning, that’s understandable, but don’t take it out on customers. Sadly, after today’s experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

I believe it was the manger or the owner in black shirt with Tim Hortons logo on it was very fast at making drinks very friendly as well my ice cap with the chocolate shot was fixed perfectly

I cant rate anything else. I come to this tim hortons on my 30 minute dinner break. All I want is my coffee......the safe coffee I order everyday. Guys its not rocket science.nnI should have known something was off when the person in front handed back her coffee.nnafter waiting 15 min in drive through I got my coffee and got to work to realise. Its not how my coffee is made.nnOn top of that the coffee tasted like dirty water. Wasn't even close to what coffee tastes like.nnWaste of my money. Waste of my time...

Tim Hortons 610 West Street Brantford Ontario between 10-11pm tonight the people on shift both said frozen quenchers have been discontinued, so we called another Tim Hortons they said they have absolutely not been cancelled ...so we went back in to get their names to let head office know and they refused to give their names all I have is pictures close enough. First they lied then refused to give names, then they also lied and said they don't know how to type it in the machine so they can't sell it to us. Why are the only people on shift unable to do simple things? Are they not trained? Why are they working here if they cannot make customers happy

Orders a 50 pack of timbits, took 10 plus minutes in a basically empty Drive thru. Took three staff to understand i wanted half chocolate glazed and half honey dip. Ended up getting home to some chocolate, some honey dip, and mostly maple filled and sourcream glazed??? I guess they look the same... Safe to say I will continue to avoid this tims.. never had a good experience there.
