5/5 stars! I just stopped at this location and had an amazing experience! The donuts were freshly bakes and absolutely delicious and the coffee was hot and rich. The guest service was top-notch and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I had a pleasant experience with friendly service and fresh food. However, I noticed that some areas could use a bit more detailed cleaning. The gentlemen’s washroom was out of order, but the staff kindly allowed me to use the ladies’ washroom instead. The pricing felt slightly higher compared to Toronto.

Two days ago, I saw a new employee not in uniform pick up a coffee cup with his bare hand inside the cup before walking over to the coffee pot. I found this very unhygienic and quite gross.nnI usually go through the drive-through, so I don’t often see what happens in the kitchen. This makes me wonder how often other unhygienic practices occur that customers can’t see.nnThis has been my go-to Tim Hortons for many years, but I’m now considering going to a different location—or possibly taking a break from Tim Hortons altogether.nnI gave three stars because, in general, Tim Hortons has done a satisfactory job. However, this is not the first negative experience I’ve had here, and it has left me disappointed with this location.

Had such an amazing experience today! I ordered a Caramel Toffee Cold Brew, and Satbir absolutely nailed it. Not only did it taste perfect, but she put so much care into making it—it looked as good as it tasted! You can really tell when someone loves what they do, and Satbir’s attention to detail made my day. Definitely coming back for more. Huge thanks for the great service!

What a disgusting Tim’s. Employees working behind the counter speaking with each other in Hindi. Not much choice of donuts. Donuts seems old too.
