Tim Hortons

I was very impressed with the service I received at this location today. My first time going to this Timmie's and I left with a fresh and enjoyable dark roast coffee. I was greeted immediately upon entering, an excellent experience.

I asked for directions to some place. I had no problems as they directed me correctly and were very kind.

How can you run out of decaf coffee. Then the shift manager lies and says they just had a large order of decaf, The store was empty and 1 car in front if me in drive thru.The shift manager was argumentive and rude. Cant believe the behaviour of most Tim Horton servers. They don't take pride in their jobs.

I've been to this location a few times when in the area. Generally slow service. But today I waited over 15 min in drive thru for a coffee. I watched them take one order at a time .. Move that vehicle to the window serve & take the next one.. Move forward etc. The line up was down the lane & into the plaza parking lot. When I finally got to the window.. I waited for my Mocha & 3 lil strudels. I know this time of year is busy but in a drive thru NO excuse for 1 vehicle at a time for the process.

I can't believe how many times I've gone through this store's drive through for breakfast and have been the one to get "the last" hash brown! Don't insult our intelligence! Potatoes are cheap. Make lots! Don't make us have to go to McDonald's to complete our breakfast! Order more Hash browns and hire a hash brown cooker! Please....!!!!!!
